About Grace

Grace grew up in a Chinese-American household where jasmine tea was brewed every morning and a thermos of tea was more common than a water bottle. After studying food science at Cornell and spending five years in beverage product development, she founded Cha2go to bring the Asian tea tradition she grew up with to the American audience — properly sourced, culturally grounded, and rigorously evaluated.

Grace leads the editorial voice for Cha2go's flagship content, specializing in bottled ready-to-drink Asian teas, matcha, and the science of tea brewing. She's the person who will brew you six different jasmines at 175°F to prove which one is actually worth the money.
